Thank you for your interest in participating in the Town of Youngsville's Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony!

Event Information

1. Event Date & Time

Friday, December 4, 2026
Event Hours: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

2. Vendor Set-Up

Set-up Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Road closures will begin at 5:45 PM.
Vendors needing vehicle access for unloading must arrive and unload before 5:45 PM. After road closures are in effect, vendors will be required to carry items to their assigned space.

3. Event Location

South College Street and Oak Street
Youngsville, NC 27596

4. Registration Fee

A $25 vendor registration fee is required.

5. Vendor Tear-Down

Tear-down Time: 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Vendor Requirements

6. Booth Space

Vendors are limited to a 10' x 10' space.

7. Permitted Activities Vendors are welcome to:

Sell merchandise or products
Donate items
Distribute candy
Promote their business or organization

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for providing all items they intend to sell, display, or donate.
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, and other display materials.

9. Power

Electrical power will not be provided.
Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own power source.

10. Promotional Materials

Vendors may distribute business cards, brochures, promotional items, and other marketing materials.
Parking

11. Vendor Parking

Vendor parking will be available at Youngsville Elementary School.
